We ended our trip to Dubrovnik and were happy to stay with Dragan and his mother.

The appartments are only a few years old and they are in excellent condition. All the furniture were really new and modern. The bed was such a delight after staying in some appartments with old beds. This was hotel quality bed. The appartment in all was hotel quality, good kitchenette, wonderful bathroom, effective ac in both living and bedroom.

The appartment also had a wonderful balcony that has sunshine almost the whole day. Balcony has a view to the park, very nice.

If you want to stay in Lapad, Green Park Apartments is an excellent choice as it is near the touristy area but not in the middle of it. Beaches, bars and a grocery store are also nearby. The bus to the old town goes right past the appartments, it takes 5 minutes and you would be able to walk also.

Dragan and his mother are wonderful, helpfull people. We happened to ask Dragan where we could watch World Cup and the next day he arrenged a tv to our room! We forgot something to our room and Dragan promised to send that to us. What service!!!

The apartments are very clean, well maintained and in nice, peaceful surroundings. Believe all have a balcony/outside seating area, air conditioning, small stove, fridge and well equipped with utensils, cutlery, etc. The owner was professional, friendly and very helpful – makes you feel right at home. Location is good – it’s a pleasant walk to the old town (takes 20 – 25 minutes) and other sights (Lapad Bay, Gruz). The bus stop is a few minutes walk, as are a small supermarket and ATM. There are a few bars and cafes as well as a decent bakery on the main road (turning left towards Lapad). Had a very enjoyable stay here.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Green Park Apartments for four nights in May 2014. We had one of the top studio apartments which has a great view over the allotments and playing fields, and some sea views. The apartment was very well stocked with cutlery, plates etc, and was very clean. Towels replenished daily! The apartments are very conveniently situated – just a 15/20 minute walk from Dubrovnik Old Town in one direction, and Lapad Bay and Dubrovnik Port a 15 minute walk in the other direction. There are several bars and cafes in the area, and a minimarket just opposite the apartments.

Dragan and his mother made us feel very welcome – they gave us lots of advice about the area, and nothing was too much trouble!

Wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation for convenience, value, and location.

“Perfect accommodation, perfect location, perfect owners fantastic stay!”
Myself my husband and our two friends just returned from Dubrovnik and stayed at Green appartments. We had read all the great reviews so decided to give it a go. The owner,Dragan and his mother were incredibly accommodating . Even on the last day she insisted we come into her home whilst waiting for her son to get ready to take us to the airport she couldn’t do enough for us allowing us to use her bathroom to change our clothes and insisting we have a drink (alcohol!) we had emailed Dragan the week before our arrival to arrange a pick up from the airport and sure enough he was there on time with a card bearing my name in large letters! We were amazed at the cleanliness of the appartments ,,they really were spotless almost everything looked brand new as it was so clean and shiny.the location couldn’t have been better. You literally walk around the corner to the bus stop a number four takes you right up to the old town main gate. If you walk in the opposite direction of the bus stop you will have a 15min walk to a beautiful promenade of restaurants bars etc it is also the direction of Lapad harbour…another lovely place for a wander. The area is totally respectable and quiet at night , you wouldn’t hear a sound. All in all our stay was prefect and Dragan and his mother played a large part in making our stay so comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of the welcome we were given by these people who could not do enough for us and welcomed us into their home. The best compliment I can give is to say that they made us feel that we had known them for yrs and so therefore we were relaxed from the word go!

Stayed a couple of nights at Green Park Apartments and we highly recommend it. Our apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. We had everything we needed and the facilities were great. The view from the terrace is beautiful and it’s a great place to have your breakfast or to sit and relax after a busy day in Dubrovnik. The location is good, right between old town and Lapad Beach and you can get everywhere you need within 20 minutes. The owner is very friendly and helpful and speaks an excellent English.
We would have no doubts staying here again next time we visit Dubrovnik.
